Haus of Muah reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Errors in product information or pricing
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Violation of our policies

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4.Shipping

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. 

Processing Time: 

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Unless otherwise stated. 

Shipping Time:

Once verified orders are shipped, and typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. 

Tracking: 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. 

Haus of Muah is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses, or unclaimed packages. We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail.

4.Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We DO NOT  offer refunds. Please be sure to review product details and sizing before purchasing. Exchanges are only accepted in the case of defective or incorrect items. 

To be eligible for exchange:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition tags attached.
• Request must be made within 5 days of delivery.

 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us at support@hausofmuah.com with your order number and photos. 

Haus of Muah reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet our policy.
