Pre-Order Policy

At Haus of Muah, we occasionally offer select styles as pre-order items. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve highly anticipated pieces before they arrive and helps ensure you don't miss out on limited collections.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order item is not currently in stock but is available for purchase before it arrives at our warehouse. The estimated shipping timeframe will be listed on each product.

Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time your pre-order is placed. Your order reserves your item and allows us to prepare it for shipment once inventory arrives.

Processing & Shipping

• Estimated shipping times for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page.
• Once your item arrives, your order will be processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order may ship together once the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise noted then orders can ship separately

Estimated Delivery Dates

All estimated shipping and delivery dates are approximate. While we work closely with our suppliers to meet expected timelines, delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email with an update.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because pre-order items are reserved specifically for you, we are unable to provide changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your request.

Returns & Exchanges

Our standard Return & Exchange Policy applies to eligible pre-order items unless otherwise stated on the product page.
